Dave has been with the club for six years and managed the same team since they were under 8's. He is a Coventry City fan and as a boy played football for several years for Christ The King in the Coventry Sunday League.  He believes that children should enjoy their football and not be constantly pressurised into winning. Through this and correct levels of coaching they will develop to fulfil their individual potentials. In 2008 Dave became Chairman of the Club as it moved to a permanent base at the Xcel Leisure Centre and now wants to take the Club to the next level and make it a club of choice in the city.
